Do you use Zapier / Make / n8n?

Sometimes. For simple, low-volume connections (CRM → email, form → Slack), a no-code tool is the right answer — we’ll set it up and hand it off. For anything mission-critical, high-volume, or with non-trivial error handling, we build a custom service. The choice is per-integration, not religious.

What about API integrations with proprietary systems?

We build custom API connectors regularly — payment gateways (Stripe, Fawry, Paymob), logistics APIs, accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho), and proprietary ERP/CRM systems. If it has an API (or even an email-based interface), we can integrate it.

How is this priced?

Project pricing for the build, optional monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance. Typical project spans 2-6 weeks. Retainer covers monitoring, alerts, integration drift (when a third-party API changes), and quarterly process reviews.

What happens when a third-party API changes?

We monitor — when Stripe or QuickBooks changes how it connects, we patch it. Without a retainer, you’d discover it when the integration silently fails. With a retainer, we fix it before your team notices.

Can you automate WhatsApp?

Yes — WhatsApp Business API for outbound messaging at scale, and intelligent routing for inbound (parse the message, route to the right agent, surface in the CRM). We’ve built this for Elite Gouna and the pattern transfers cleanly to other industries.
