We were running everything across spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. Felukaa built us one system in three weeks — now every lead, every reservation, every agent is in one place. Nothing slips through anymore.
Custom CRM.
Built for how you sell.
Sales pipeline, customer records, deal stages, and bookings — engineered around your team’s actual workflow, not a vendor’s idea of one. Owned by you. No per-user license fees stacking up as you grow.

Off-the-shelf CRM costs you the workflow.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho — they all sell you a workflow as much as they sell you a tool. The pipeline stages are theirs. The data model is theirs. The fields you can edit, the reports you can build, the automations you can wire — all on their terms, billed per seat, indefinitely.
When your sales motion doesn’t fit, you bend the motion to fit the tool. Or you pay for custom add-ons. Or you live with the friction. Most teams just live with it.
Concrete deliverables. No surprises.
- We map how your team sells before building anything
- Your sales pipeline, contacts, deals, and bookings — set up your way
- Different access levels for owners, managers, and staff
- Clear dashboards and one-click export of your data
- Training for your team and simple written guides
- Six months of support after launch
- Vendor-imposed pipeline stages that don’t match your motion
- Per-seat license that compounds indefinitely as you hire
- Reports locked to pre-baked formats
- Data export gated behind premium tiers
- Custom fields capped by your plan
- Vendor controlling when and how the system changes
Workflow mapping before code.
Audit
We sit with your sales team — sometimes literally. Map every step from lead capture to closed-won, every approval, every handoff. The CRM is a model of how you sell; we model first.
Structure design
Pipeline stages, custom fields, role permissions, multi-location structure if you need it. Designed against your actual data, not a template.
Build
Custom database, custom interface, custom reports. Bilingual English and Arabic where the team needs it, fully right-to-left for Arabic-first teams.
Launch + train
Staff training, written runbooks, six months of support included. Your team uses it from day one, not day ninety.
Elite Gouna Real Estate.
Felukaa-built CRM, in production for over a year. Built in 3 weeks, replacing 4 separate SaaS tools the team was duct-taping together. Today, 17 agents use it daily across the Gouna office.
How their team actually uses it.
My agents actually open it every morning. It was built for how a sales team in Egypt really works — in Arabic, on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked.
How long does a custom CRM build take?
Three to twelve weeks depending on scope. Elite Gouna’s CRM was three weeks from audit to first production deploy. Larger multi-entity builds with payroll or inventory integration can run eight to twelve. We commit to a timeline after the audit — never before.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Full source code, deployment access, and database schema are yours. No vendor lock-in. If you ever want to take it in-house or hand it to another team, you can — though most clients keep us on a support retainer instead.
What if we already use Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho?
We can integrate with them, replace them, or run in parallel for a migration period. Most clients who come to us for custom CRM are explicitly retiring their off-the-shelf tool. We’ve helped teams cut $40k+ in annual SaaS spend by replacing four bundled tools with one purpose-built system.
What about mobile?
The CRM is mobile-responsive by default — agents use it from their phones in the field. If you need a native iOS or Android app on top, that’s our Apps service line, scoped separately.
How is this priced?
Project pricing for the build, optional monthly retainer for ongoing support and feature work. No per-user license fees. Talk to us for a scope-specific quote — pricing is sized to your engagement, not stacked per seat.
