Custom ERP.
Built for the way you run.
Off-the-shelf ERP fits its vendor’s roadmap, not your business. We engineer custom ERP systems for operators in the MENA region — finance, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, multi-location operations — modeled on your actual workflow. No per-user license fees stacking up as you grow. No modules you do not need.
Enterprise ERP is a six-figure mistake waiting to happen.
SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, even Odoo — they’re priced and architected for a specific operating model. MENA businesses with multi-currency operations, Arabic-first staff, region-specific tax + statutory requirements, and complex multi-entity structures get bent into shapes the vendor never intended.
Two years and $400k in, you’ve configured your way around half the system, paid for custom modules that lock you in further, and still have an Excel sheet running parallel because the ERP can’t actually do what the business needs. The “standard” was never standard for you.
Concrete deliverables. No surprises.
- We review your operations and finances first
- Only the parts you need — accounting, inventory, purchasing, production
- Works across multiple branches, currencies, and companies
- Approvals that follow your real chain of command
- English and Arabic interface where you need it
- We move your data over from spreadsheets or old systems and double-check it
- Vendor-imposed modules you don’t need but pay for
- Per-user license fees compounding as you scale
- Regional compliance (MENA VAT, GOSI) shipped as add-ons
- Implementation projects spanning 18 months and 2× budget
- Customizations that lock you in for the next version
- Reports limited to vendor’s pre-baked formats
Operations audit. Custom modules. No bloat.
Operations + finance audit
Map every process — procurement, inventory flow, manufacturing (if applicable), AR/AP cycles, multi-location reporting, multi-entity consolidation. Before any code, we know exactly what the system has to do.
Modular design
Ledgers, payables and receivables, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing — designed as separate modules that integrate cleanly. You only build what you need. Add modules later without re-architecting.
Regional fit
Multi-currency (USD, EGP, SAR, AED, EUR), multi-entity consolidation for regional groups, Arabic and English (fully right-to-left), region-specific tax + statutory rules (VAT, withholding, end-of-service, social insurance). Built for the operating context, not adapted to it.
Migration + training
Data migration from spreadsheets or legacy ERPs with full validation passes. Staff training in both languages. Six months of post-launch support — bug-fixes + tuning as the team gets comfortable.
Engineered per-engagement.
ERP is a service line we offer with the same engineering rigor as our CRM and AI work. We don’t have a shipping ERP product to demo — and that’s the point. Each ERP is built around the operator’s actual workflow, not a vendor template. The adjacent proof is in our CRM work: 17 daily agents at Elite Gouna using a custom-built operations system in production for 12+ months. Same posture, larger surface.
No off-the-shelf ERP product, no live demo yet. ERP builds are scoped per-engagement after the operations audit. Talk to us about your specific operation.

Tell us what your current ERP (or spreadsheet ecosystem) looks like. We’ll do a 1-week audit at no charge and send back what we’d build differently — and what we wouldn’t.
Frequently asked.
How is this different from SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Odoo?
Off-the-shelf ERPs sell you their workflow + module structure on a per-seat license. You configure around their assumptions. Custom ERP inverts that — your workflow is the spec, your modules are what you actually need. No license fees per user. You own the system.
How long does a custom ERP take?
8-16 weeks for a focused engagement (finance + inventory + procurement for single entity). 4-9 months for full multi-entity, multi-location, manufacturing-included builds. We commit to a timeline AND a scope after the audit — not before.
Do you have an ERP product we can buy?
No. ERP is custom-engineered per client. We don’t believe in “product + bend it to fit” for systems this central to the business. If you need an off-the-shelf solution and your operations fit the template, Odoo or NetSuite are honest options — we’ll tell you that directly if it’s the right call.
What about MENA-specific compliance — VAT, withholding tax, end-of-service?
Built in. Egyptian VAT regimes, Saudi withholding, UAE statutory deductions, KSA Saudization tracking. We engineer to the actual regulatory environment, not “configurable VAT field somewhere in module settings.”
Can it integrate with our existing accounting / CRM / e-commerce?
Yes — clean connections to your existing CRM, accounting, e-commerce, payment, and logistics tools. We build the ERP as the operations core; everything else can be wired in or out as the stack evolves.
