How is this different from BambooHR / Workday / SAP SuccessFactors?

Off-the-shelf HRMS is built for US/EU operating models. MENA payroll, attendance, and statutory frameworks are bolt-ons at best. Custom HRMS treats the regional context as the spec — Egyptian end-of-service, GOSI, multi-currency consolidation, fingerprint attendance, Arabic-first UI. Built for the regulatory environment, not adapted to it.

How long does a custom HRMS take?

8-14 weeks for single-entity, single-country builds. 4-8 months for multi-entity, multi-country (Egypt + Saudi + UAE) groups with consolidated reporting. We commit to a timeline after the HR-cycle audit.

Do you have an HRMS product we can buy?

No. Same posture as ERP — HR systems are too central to the business to bend around a vendor template. If a generic HRMS genuinely fits your operation, BambooHR or Zoho People are honest answers. We’ll tell you so.

Will the payroll engine handle Egyptian labor law / Saudi GOSI / UAE statutory?

Yes — we build the engine to the actual regulatory framework, including end-of-service (Egyptian + Gulf models differ), GOSI deductions + employer contributions, WPS filing for UAE, social insurance + emergency tax for Egypt. Engineered to the law, not to a generic “tax field” in module settings.

What about fingerprint devices we already have?

We integrate with the devices you have (ZKTeco, Suprema, generic RFID, fingerprint, facial recognition). If you don’t have devices yet, we can recommend hardware that fits the budget + the workflow. Attendance becomes the same UI for staff whether they’re punching fingerprint, manual, or shift-pattern.
